 Marry Ellen Jasper from Minnesota is a Japerized stromatolite that occurs from layers of bacteria and other organisms from ancient sea beds layering then solidifying. The layering over time and occurrence of iron Created all the awesome Red swooping bands on these stones! 

Specimen stones are face polished on one side. Making them amazing to add to any agate collectors display or just as a cool display piece around the home or office! Polishing only the one side shows the stone in it’s natural state and a nice polished side to show off the gorgeous interior that cutting and polishing reveal!
